From Route 128
- Take Exit 29A (Route 2 East) for one quarter mile to first exit (Waltham-Spring Street exit).
- At the end of exit take a right onto Spring Street.
- Take your first right onto Hayden Avenue.
- Take your first left into Ledgemont Center. Follow road around and take second left into a small visitor parking lot (once into Ledgemont Center, follow signs for 99 Hayden Avenue).
- Come into the lobby and Circe Biomedical is at the top of the stairs on the right.
From Route 2 West
- Take Waltham Street (North) - Lexington exit.
- Take left at the end of the exit onto Hayden Avenue.
- The Ledgemont entrance is on the right, approximately 1/2 mile from the exit. Follow road around and take second left into a small visitor parking lot (follow signs for 99 Hayden Avenue).
- Come into the lobby and Circe Biomedical is at the top of the stairs on the right.
From Massachusetts Turnpike
- Take Exit 14 to I-95 North Route / 128 North.
- Take Exit 29A (Route 2 East).
- Travel approximately 1/4 mile to first exit (Waltham-Spring Street).
- At the end of the exit, take a right onto Spring Street.
- Take your first right onto Hayden Avenue.
- Take your first left into Ledgemont Center. Follow road around and take second left into a small visitor parking lot (follow sights for 99 Hayden Avenue).
- Come into the lobby and Circe Biomedical is at the top of the stairs on the right.
From Logan Airport
- Follow signs to Boston through Sumner Tunnel.
- At tunnel exit, pick up signs to I93 North. Travel approximately 11 miles.
- Exit onto I95 South (Route 128 South).
- Travel approximately 11 more miles to Exit 29A (Route 2 East). Take Route 2 East for one quarter mile to first exit (Waltham-Spring Street Exit).
- At the end of exit take right onto Spring Street.
- Take your first right onto Hayden Avenue.
- Take your first left into Ledgemont Center. Follow around and take second left into a small visitor parking lot (follow signs for 99 Hayden Avenue).
